Of course eat healthy & exercise, it's not healthy to lose weight too fast. For some healthy cheats try drinking healthier for one. cut out sodas (except diet) cut out juices. Start drinking enough water, drink skim milk instead of whole. Make sure to eat breakfast in the morning so you don't starve later in the day & gorge yourself. Eat fiber rich foods to help you stay full longer. Get an exercise partner, it's easier for some people to exercise when they have someone to do it with. I personally have to be listening to music b/c I get bored. Before I got pregnant, I liked to ride a stationary bike with the a.c blowing on my back while watching a thirty minute sitcom & then when the show was over so was my exercising. Try talking to your doctor about all your healthy weight loss options. Hope I helped!

Well Im 5 feet and 105 pounds I eat alot though, but the best way to lose weight is to eat foods with low calories and regular foods that you normally eat(You dont want to just quit eating your favorites right.) But just move around stay active like dancing, jumping on a trampoline, or go out to a teen club and dance. JUST MOVE AROUND trust me you will lose it.

Eat healthy and excersize. Come up with a routine you can do and stick to. Even walking more can help out. Also, my doctor told me if you stop drinking soda you can lose up to 12 pounds in a month. I don't know if you drink soda though...

the key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. go on a 1500 calories a day diet, and exercise for a half hour each day. make sure you stay away from saturated fats and trans fats. eat things with lots of fiber, like bananas.

talk to your parents about serving healtheir meals, and a nutrition specialist, such as your pediatrician, can help. look at the labels on your foods and pick ones with less calories. or maintain the weight as you grow, and it will become healthy. i am the same height and 85 lbs, but you should try for something higher than that, such as what you said.

go running bikeriding swimming or whatever sport floats your boat and eat really healthily, cut out ALL junk food but let yourself have like 2 squares of dark chocolate a day (small squares) just so you dont crave it. aim to have 7 portions of fruit or veg a day instead of 5 and always eat breakfast. oh and only drink water.

i would try walking, running, eating right. don't waste ur time on situps they don't do anything but make it worse cuz u get muscle under the chub, and don't help.... i'm in the same boat and also drink lots and lots and lots of water instead of anything like pop or anything w/ lots of sugar! if u want to add flavor, use crystal lite packets, they make it so u don't think u're drinking water. sooooooo best of luck!

Go vegetarian. That's just about a guaranteed way to weigh no more than you should.
