I have a problem, my fiance has a son from another lady, ( relationship before me) the girl is still asking for him back and she got ahold of my work # and every now and then she'll crank call my job!! its driving me crazy not only that but she told my fiance that she was going to find out where i work and follow us home, so she'll know where we live. how can i get this psycho off our backs???? and live our happy life.

Im posative that nothing is going on between them... she tryed traping him by getting preg, and it didnt work he found me and we're has Happy as can be.

Call the police and report her. You can have your personal phone tapped and maybe they can tap your work? Probably not your work phone. I would file a report with the police about what she is doing. There is no need to call you at all. If you have proof it is her calling you at your work, you can really get her in trouble by the police. Ask them what are your options. My prayers are with you and your fiance and the little boy. I pray she stops harassing you. They can get her phone records. I think that the restraining order only says to keep away from you, that won't stop her calling you.

I know what your going through. My dad has a crazy girlfriend that wont leave me alone. I would suggest a no contact order from your work and a restraining order from you. There might be an option to block her number through the phone company. Have your boss get involved and help you through this. Its tough I know.

This is wierd!!!! I thought from reading some of your other questions you where already married. But anyways if she does call the police the last thing you want to do is confront her and tell your fiancee to stop talking to her and only to communicate with her when he gets his son.
Careful though this is a very touchy situation.

Two words..... Restraining Order.
How old is this chick? Like 12???? You need to put her in her place one good time... dont be a pus... She is gonna be around forever... so you better let her know whats what now before she gets too out of hand

that will be easy tell her that she is not going to get him back.
i know that will get her mad. but at last you told her.
then have him to tell her over the phone to stop call him and you. and if she is still doing that.
then get a order out on her to stay away.
then if not call 911.
if that don't work then kick her ***.
then she will leave you a lone.
if not she needs help( profes. help.)
of stock her for the fun of it and see how she likes it.

Your fiance is the only one who can do this. You are just a torn in her side and it will probably continue, if he doesn't step up. Are you sure nothing is going on between them, don't be naive.

Put a restraining order on her. If it was me that is what i would do. Or you could ask him to talk to her and tell her that it really upsets you that she won't let you guys get on with your lives.
