In Iraq.

I think it would be better here. Certainly less expensive and instead a 'few good men' getting blown into #$% and air in Iraq the entire US population would be involved dealing with the few infiltrators that may want to cause some harm. At this point, hardly anyone really cares about what's going on in Iraq...as we used to say when the gunfire was not coming in our direction....it's someone elses war! We have no draft...no war tax...no rationing....and only some bumbling attempts to deal with on shore 'terrorism'. As George Bush said...bring 'em on! For every indian they have, we'll have a hundred cowboys!

There is no such thing as an Islamofascist. The term is an attempt to make the various different and competing groups and sects of Islam seem like one unified enemy such as the Nazi or the Soviet Communists. There are various Islamic groups such as the Sunni and the Shia and different ethnic groups such as Arab, Persian and Kurd and even different tribal groups among those larger groups. And many of these groups are fighting each other. And many of them are fighting each other in Iraq while we are caught in the middle. Our presence in Iraq is more analogous to that of the British in Northern Ireland than the allies in World War II.

Your question assumes that all Islamofascists are in Iraq and not in, oh say, Pakistan, plotting against us. They weren't in Iraq before we invaded - Saddam had too tight a grip on things. Now they are, and gaining some real good training in urban warfare.

Iraq for sure but unfortunately people don't realize the importance of this war. A threat overseas is too far away for some people to believe it's real however the minute we walk away from iraq and the terror begans here those same peoplle will be wondering why we didn't do more when we were there.

Too late.

Bush's failed war created millions more islamofascists then there were before he stole, our government from us and sent our troops to die with the worst (or no) war plan in history.

Again too late. They are coming this summer. DHS director Chertoff said so on tv yesterday.

If Bush didn't blow it from day one you wouldn't be asking this question today.

More fear mongering BS. The Repubs need some new material, their old BS is smelling terribly and no more believable now than it was 4 years ago.
