theres this scary dog in my neighborhood, an hes on a chain, an when u walk by the house, he rushed thru the yard and yanks on the chain X//D after barking savagelee he pees all over the front steps, thats why the neighborhood calls him "pee pee steps" waah~ but whut if he gets away one day *worried*

report it to the proper authorities. Someone should not allow such a dog to roam the neighborhood

Carry a small can of mace to spray. When he waters the front steps he is only making a statement that this is his territory and he doesn't want you there. If you give him a treat he will think you are rewarding him for his bad behavior and do it all the more to get more treats.

Maybe you could carry some doggie treats with you and throw him one every time you walk by...don't get too close though...just let him know you are friendly and mean him no harm! I don't know if that will work, but I think it's worth a try, at least before you use more extreme measures! ;o)

I would take some 'preventive' measures to prevent this dangerous animal from ever getting loose. My wife was attacted by a pit bulldog some time ago.

I would carrier some Mace with you at all time . That will hold a dog for an hour.

It was a pitbull not a rotteweiler...People like you give them poor dogs a bad name.

there was a dog like that in my friends neighborhood, he scares me. if he gets lose RUN!
