Join Second City in Chicago or the Improv in LA.

Be the funniest person on stage and they will find you.

Also do stand up.

You have to go the stand-up route.

From the SNL site:

"Can I audition for SNL?
No. SNL does not hold open auditions or accept any audition material / tapes. That’s why America’s Funniest Home Videos exists.

So how does SNL recruit new talent?
SNL sends scouts to various clubs and venues throughout the country. If they find someone of interest, they set up an official audition through the talent’s agent. Showing up at NBC in a tight skirt won’t help. Especially if you’re a guy."

SNL isn't going to hire you until you're at least 18. By law they would have to provide you with a tutor. Also, even though you may not have heard of some cast members, all have achieved some sort of notoriety in stand up, inprov companies or NYC theatrical plays to even be considered a cast member. There is a huge amount of money at stake on any television show and the producers aren't going to take a chance with an unknown.

You're too young. SNL has never had a child on the show. SNL is an ADULT progam. It is NOT for children.
