I saw a tv program about real vamps some years back. They keep their teeth sharpened and really do drink blood.
What exactly a vampire is not determined. In some accounts, they are gods who have super-heightened senses and live forever. In other accounts, they are creatures who turn into bats and run away from garlic. So in one sense, vamps are real and in another sense, they are just fictional characters.
Searching for a club or website for real vamps might enable you to talk with someone. But be careful.

Why would you want to talk to a vampire? Aren't vampires supposed to be dead?!!? Gross!
But don't worry, there aren't really any vampires.
The closest thing to it, would be a demon-possessed person who attacks people and drinks their blood. That person might believe himself to be a vampire but is not really one.

I used to work for the California Attorney General's office. We had one case which the press referred to as "The Vampire Killer," and I had to type up the statement of facts. It was a lot of detail, believe me. He was not only a vampire (or believed himself to be, and drank blood out of a yogurt cup his victim had just had her lunch out of), he was a cannibal. They found parts of the woman's baby in his freezer.
No, my dear, you would not want to talk to such a person!
