M Murlitharan chucks but he has a congenital defect in his arm.So he can't help it.
S Akhtar used to chuck but he is now cleared.
Harbhajan used to chuck when he used to when he used to bowl the doosra but he is cleared and I don't think he chucks now.

Cant you understand that the ICC wouldnt allow any of them to bowl if they are chuckers?
How dare you complain such a thing?
ICC technical commetee have much knowlodge than you fellows.
If they hve decided that those are not chuckers, whats more?

shoaib akhtar chucks otherwise his bowling speed would be slower than murlidharan and harbhajan.
