He should be kicked out for being the biggest jerk in sports history even without the cheating.

Not me! How can he not be worthy of playing in the MLB when he earned the right to play by skills and not by his family name..... He did not take steroids from the beginning of his career.....
He's not an asshole. I've had the good fortune to know him personally and meet him as well (way more than once). He's kind, caring, friendly and willing to talk to you. He's not evil or mean..... Only to the media and jerks that bother him with steroid questions.
He took steroids or HGH but who's going to brag about it? Would you? Anyways, during that period of time he "used", steroids and HGH were not on baseball's banned or illegal list. How can anyone accuse Barry of a crime when what he did was actually legal?

I just don't understand all hate for Barry Bonds. What? Is he the only one who did steroids? It hasn't even been proven. What about Giambi and all the countless others we don't even know about yet? Is it because he's percieved as a jerk to the media? To the fans?? But why just him all the time? I mean there must be 50 posts a day about him on here when God knows how many players from that era were chemically enhanced in one way or another. Pitchers were consistenly throwing harder than they do today. Middle infielders were crushing the ball at an obcene rate, the problem was rampant.
Now don't get me wrong, I get it. All of the records from that era are tainted and there is no getting around that. To single out one player who was arguably one of the best of all time BEFORE the steroid era is rediculous and short sighted. Everyone seems to want a poster boy, fine. What the hell is wrong with Rafael Palmeiro? I bet Miguel Tejada would agree with me.

If he's that bad, then why not be the bigger man and let it go.
Did he run over your puppy or something?
You're making assumptions about a man that you have probably never met and unless you're the one who put the steroids in his body then you are also guilty of something called libel.
If you're this passionate about his negative effect on baseball, why dont you volunteer your time and help out the kids in a little league system in your town or city and teach them the "right" way to play. Chances are, they all idolize Bonds, yet have no idea what steroids are. Why dont you be the one to tell them?

I don't think he should be kicked out of baseball because he is not guilty of anything. Everyone knows that he took steroids. But... that hasn't been proven in a court of law.
He may have his stats changed by MLB when it's all said and done because of the roids. He will not make the hall of fame on the first ballot. That is pretty bad when he will be the homerun leader.

Wow! Not worthy of MLB? Not worthy of the owners and commissioner who turned a blind eye to the performance enhancing drug problem while they were raking in record profits? Just once on one of these forums I would like to see someone take the owners to task for allowing this stuff to happen. Besides, it's just a record. A record that, in the scheme of the world, is absolutely meaningless.

I've considered buying stock in companies that manufacture torches and pitchforks.
But I haven't. The haters like to mouth off a lot, but like all cowards, they never take action. Sales of torches and pitchforks remain flatline.

If you want Bonds out how about throwing out all the other players who have done it? Lets throw out all of them if thats the case b/c the majority of the players have done it at least once.
