I agree but you will never hear this on CNN. The truth is that the unemployment rate is also the lowest it has been in 51 years. I haven't seen that on CNN either.

You may think in your dream world that the American Economy is doing great, but Peter eventually has to pay Paul for the 9 Trillion that the American Government has borrowed of which over 3 Trillion has been added since the Chimp President took powe in 2001.

As well you better face that if the American Dollar ends up being replaced with the EURO on the world market, the United States is done for. If you think things are so good maybe yoou should quit watching FOX news and listen to some real news.

Yes as well I bet future generations will like to pay for your Chimp Presidents screw up just like everything else the Chimp has done in life which is one big "SCREWUP"{".

oh so your one of the 3 people in America who still support him. Enjoy your rich fantasy life.

Explain how presidents have any influence on the Stock Market. It was also very high under Clinton and lots of people made money in the go-go 90s. Or did you forget? Or maybe not old enough. Do a little research.

Why wasn't it at an all-time high during the 6 years that Republicans were running Congress? The only thing that's changed in the pat 8 months is Congress.

Especially since Congress has much more impact on the economy than the executive branch....

Which means it's really the Democratic Congress you have to thank for your 401 K success.

Please look at a historical chart of the stock market. Notice anything? Yes, that's right, it is, basically, a continuous upward slope. The stock market always goes up over time, no matter who's in charge. Any downward movement inevitably becomes a small blip on the upward movement.

Now, look at the buying power of your dollars and see how much your 401K is really worth.

The stock market had record highs all during the Clinton administration. You must have been too busy engaging in a politically motivated impeachment to notice.

That's because money is moving out of real estate and into stocks...because real estate is taking a huge dump. And the stock market you refer to is only 30 companies. But i'm sure you knew that. And btw....you should dump all your money in stocks too, because earnings are doing really great.

Bush needs to take credit for this great economy we are having.

I do wish he would cut spending to lower the deficit and debt though. This is a more long term problem.

Your facts are wrong.

Roaring 20s caused the Great depression.

After 12 years of Reaganomics we got a recesion.

The financial divide today is obscene.

Why cant Republicans stop screwing the American worker?
Why must we ALWAYS vote Democrat to clean up the messes the Republicans leave behind?

Why?

You have to admit, he's not doing a very good job taking credit for the good economy. Here in Michigan it rather sucks though.
