You might get confused if you're not familiar with the story. Sometimes there's way too many characters, and there are terms you'll need to know, like 'Death Eaters' or 'Occlumency'.
Try to read the books or see the earlier movies to give you a background. I think it'll make you enjoy the movie more.

Haha that's what I was thinking. I had seen one of them (don't even recall which one) and I fell asleep (sry sry to fans). But my boyfriend is a HUGE fan so I decided to go with him and ya know what I enjoyed it. And I was able to follow along I thought it was cute, so go right ahead.
