If I read it right it is:
dy/dx = (5x^3 + 4)/x = 5x^2 + 4/x and
y = 5x^3/3 + 4ln(x) + constant.

dy/dx = 5x² + 4 / x
y = 5 x³ / 3 + 4 ln x + C
