Chances are good that you will get one - go to http://www.potterparties.com and look up the Barnes and Noble store in your area. They will have information about when to show up and whether or not you require a pre-order. They hardly ever run out, as only a few hundred people are allowed in the store at once, and they usually get over a thousand books :)

I went to PotterParties for you - http://www.potterparties.com/party/509

You don't need a pre-order for that B&N, and the party starts at 6:00 pm (they usually give out line numbers at 6, and people go home and return around 9)

Go to that link for that Barnes & Noble phone number for details.

Barnes and Noble should still be accepting pre-orders until Monday. Just give the one closest to you a call and you should be good to go. You'll have one guaranteed for you without the worry of them running out before they get through all the pre-orders.

If last time is any measure then you will get one about 3 days later! The Barnes and Nobles in Midland TX was totally sold out 1 hour after they handed out the last reserved book. it 3 days to get more in!
