If the auction is for the DDR3 version, that's an ok deal. I think the OC version would HAVE to be DDR3, but check the fine print...
On NewEgg, there are some better deals- the standard version of the card can be had for $99 after rebate, and the OC version for $115 or so... But that's before shipping.
