Bonds in the HR Derby or Lebron in the Slam Dunk Contest?

what would you rather see and WHY?

Although I'm a huge baseball fan, I'd rather see Lebron in the dunk contest.

Bonds is a great home run hitter, but he's not the best in a derby. He'll hit some bombs, but there are some lesser hitters who hit the ball further in a contest like that. Also, I think the home run derby is way, way too long and has played itself out.

Lebron, though, is not only a great player, but he's among the best dunkers in the NBA. Watching him would mean watching a guy who could create magic at any moment. I also believe that the dunk contest is more exciting than the derby.
