Absolutely.. you can never judge a book by its cover.. the only way to actually tell if someone is really smart is to interact with them.. people might look intelligent, but thats just tv talking.... they may look " dorky" with glasses, untrendy clothes, but none of that makes intelligence. I should also add that you can be smart with out looking "dorky".

petter parker !!(He not look good in start as they show in
movie but smart same as super man , super hero's always
hide there self )
ya it's possible it can be both way
someone can good in look but not good from mind
or
someone can good from mind but not from look
