x^3 - 10x^2 + 33x - 36
= x^3 - 10x^2 + 33x - 36
= x^3 - 3x^2 -7x^2 + 33x - 36
= (x^3 - 3x^2) - (7x^2 - 33x + 36)
= x^2(x - 3) - (7x -12)(x - 3)
= (x - 3) (x^2 - 7x + 12)
= (x - 3) (x - 4) (x - 3)

x = 3, 4
