when they ask for bank transfer fee are these scams?

If this is from an email you've received then yes it's a scam, they just want your bank account details so they can get their hands on your dosh.

Yes.

Work it out ..

Say you want to borrow £10,000

If Trasfer fee is £100, then all they need to do is lend you £10,100 (of which you will recieve £10,000)..


If you pay THEM a 'transfer fee' of £100, you can be sure you will recieve nothing :-)
