There are no states that I would never consider visiting. Give me a free ride to anyplace, and I'm ready to go! Now, if you want to know where I wouldn't LIVE, then you've got yourself a question!

I'm going to assume you mean US states.

...

I guess my answer is "no state". I've visited 39 states and the District of Columbia, and I intend to visit the remaining 11 before I die. Even if it's just for the hell of it.

...

That said, many of those states were "drive-throughs", though I do consider that valid since well, I'd better get credit for driving the 450 miles across Nebraska!

Out of the states I'd rather not visit again, Florida is probably at the top. Horrible humid weather, horrible drivers, and horrible theme parks *cough*. I hate to say that I was, in fact, born in that state.

Sorry Texans. I have been all over Texas, even lived there. I don't like the endless flat land. The flat states really hold no interest for me. Edit: for ZZ something 101 above. Africa is not a state.

Georgia--and that's only because I live there, and would thus be impossible to "visit" it.

All 50 states have something worth seeing.

Catatonic; I'd only go there if something made me.

On the other hand, I've checked out some altered mental ones that weren't so bad.

Maine.
Because it's the only one I've never been to.
(OK, North Dakota doesn't count).
