Good for you for complaining, I hope the manager gets in trouble for not treating you right. I try to avoid the drive through because it is easier to check my order at the counter. especially if it isn't something simple. Also, I sometimes need time to figure out what is the best deal (i.e., 2 Whooper Jr's are bigger than 1 Whopper but usually cost less), so if I'm inside I can stand off to the side to figure out my order without holding anyone up.

It's reasons like that that I check my bags before pulling out of their driveway.
We don't have any BK's close to us anymore (the closest is 15 minutes away), but at McD's, I ALWAYS try to check my bags before leaving their parking lot. That way, if I notice something missing or not right, I can go in and have it fixed right there. Of course, there are the few times I don't look, or at least check for the proper number of sandwhiches and whatever else I've ordered, but I've had plenty of times where I've checked the bags and counted everything correct, only to get home (we live 3 minutes from a McD's) to find I have the WRONG sandwhich, or the I'm missing a bun or something stupid. Then I have to turn around and go back. When that happens though, I always make them give me fresh fries for my wait.

Dude, you don't need a lawyer, you need supervision... You might find that a vociferous boycott is more rewarding than a frivilous lawsuit that you will lose and owe lawyer costs on (no above board lawyer would take your case to start out with). On the other hand judges need a laugh too, like the lady who just unsuccessfully sued when she found out there are no crunchberry trees that bear real berries called crunchberries... Good luck idiot! EDIT: LOL... now you've got two suits to file, but a single jacket with two pairs of pants would be cheaper...

Don't hold your breathe for that manager to call you! You should've just asked for something like gift certificates for your "pain and suffering!" Once when I went through the Taco Bell drive-thru, I was having to order for a few people and said "10 chalupas," they tried to charge me for like 100 chalupas & even made them before I could get to the window to fix the order! Needless to say, I paid for the 10 I ordered, but got to keep the extra 50 they'd started on!

That happens here all the time. If you pay with debit/credit card on the back of the receipt there is a phone number with a survey. It has the store number on it so when you call every five min. and give them bad remarks they get the point.

I always try to check my order before I drive 15 minutes home with the wrong items,,,,but it never fails, I HATE mayo, and will always say " cut the mayo" and my sandwich always has it on there...lots of times I will sit at the window and open my sandwich and check it before pulling off.
And another gripe :) if it is wrong, they always say to pull around front and we will " BRING IT RIGHT OUT TO YOU" and you will wait out front for 30 minutes...never fall for that trick again

Yes, they 'F' you at the drive thru because you're not gonna turn around. In Moscow, if they do that, we walk inside and throw the bag at the first clerck we see...that usually fixes it.

umm people who work at fast food places get paid crappy and have crappy jobs, do you think they freaking care if they make your meal correct? I expect what I'm gonna get by what I'm paying, so yea i except it to be wrong and then I'm never disappointed.
