Just about anything from there is fattening and bad for you. Even their yogurt cups are bad. I think the only healthy thing they sell is their bottled water and the apple slices with the caramel sauce.

For the Filet-o-Fish, you are looking at 380 calories, 28g of fat (20g saturated fat), 12mg cholesterol, 28mg sodium, 13g carbs, and 8g fiber, when the sandwich is made as is.

For the medium fries, you're looking at the same number of calories, 31g fat (20g sat fat), 9mg sodium, 16 carbs, and 19 fiber.

For that one meal, not including a drink, you will consume a total of 760 calories, 59g fat (40sat fat), 12mg cholesterol, 37mg sodium, 29g carbs, and 27g fiber.

Those numbers are still really high of an indulgence. While the occasional meal might be ok, once a week is still a lot for this. And while the fish sandwich isn't nearly as bad as the Big Mac (540 calories alone, not to mention the 29g of fat, and 1040g of sodium), it's still not the healthiest choice either.

No, not as much as the burgers but it is fattening the tarter sauce and cheese and the bread and there fries are extremely fattening. Don't think just because you are eating a fish sandwich you are going healthy lol.

once you flow right into a quickly foodstuff place and that they now no longer have a advertising going there's no would desire to get huffy and get mad on the chief. they do no longer look to be those that make the policies. I definitely HATE it while somebody comes into the MC Donald's the place I artwork and that they get mad as a results of fact we now no longer have the two for $2 sausage egg tarts. bear in mind once you notice those advertisements they DO say "limited time grant" and or "Participation would variety". no longer all Mc Donald's have the comparable promotions. the single I artwork at does not have the Angus burger, and we additionally don't have the 39 cent ice cream cones.

go to mcdonalds.com and it tells you the calories and everything or look on the box you get it in. Of course it is fattening to some extent but since they changed their cooking oil it is not as bad as it use to be. As long as you dont eat them everyday you should be okay. (those are my favorite too)
