Harry Potter, though I'm sure you've already read those books.
Eragon and Eldest by Christopher Paolini. I love how Eragon is just a normal boy with normal problems, but then his problems become so much more.
Gregor the Overlander by Suzanne Collins. Its well-written and hard to put down.
Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. No matter what kinds of books you like, you MUST read these books. Its touching, but it also has a lot of action. EXCELLENT BOOK.
Maximum Ride by James Patterson. Full of twists, turns, surprises, etc.
Hope that helped ;)
What are some of your favorite seiries? I'm almost out too... :P

My favorite series was the conversations with God series of books by Neal Donald Walsch. It was a more serious view point on God and religion. Very helpful in clearing up all of the contradictions and opening new doors. Mainly just a dialogue between one man and his perception of God speaking back to him.
In fanstasy I really enjoyed reading "The Celestine Prophesy"
and "The Tenth Insight" (two book series) by James redfield.
The third book is called "The Secret of Shambhala" which I haven't read yet but plan to.
In many instances I have recomended books by Kahlil Gibran
such as "the Prophet"
I found it to be very inspirational.
The same was true for me about "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" A very short story about a bird living in a world that didnt understand him.

I love the books by J.R.R. Tolkien Lord of the Rings, Two Towers and Return of the King, The Hobbit and the Silmarillion. I also love the books by Vince Flynn-Term Limits,Transfer of Power, The Third Option, Separation of Power, Executive Power, Memorial Day, Consent to Kill and Act of Treason-they are about an operative named Mitch Rapp that takes on terrorists with the help of others. Great reads. I love to read so I get to read loads of books from lots of different authors. Right now I am reading The Sum of All Fears by Tom Clancy for the 4th time. Great Book

there is this wonderful series of books written by W. Michael Gear and Kathleen O'Neal Gear ... about prehistoric north America.... I call it the people books... people of the owl... people of the wolf... so on and so on... I have I think 13 of the series ... they do a great amount of research for their books.
I love them because I love reading about what came before us ... you know .... how it was in the beginning .

Kim Harrison's "Dead Witch" series is my favorite because I love the affection between the witch, the vampire, and the pixie. They look out for each other and I love to read about friends like that.
