Legendary vampires don't cast a reflection. Since a video image is a type of reflection, if you heard a voice but all you saw was a set of clothes moving about, then he's probably real. Otherwise, you might want to learn to have a hefty dose of skepticism about things in general.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to get the leash and take the werewolf out for walkies before Snow White and Rapunzel come over for tea.

It has to be a set up. If vampires exist, they would be social phariahs, and live in secluded places. Not expose themselves on tv. The guy may have a phisical anomaly at gene level that allows his body to process blood. Someone going on Jerry Springer's claiming to be a vampire is just someone very desperate for real friends.

I don't believe in Vampires myself nor do I watch Jerry Springer. My niece was once on the Jerry Springer show they make you sign a wavier to behave ect. But verbally they encourage misbehavior.

most likely, he isn't. Even the vampires have a leader, like a king or queen. They have a government. And the government "punishes" those who miss behave and announcing that on a television show is asking for death, and will be sent to fiery pits of the underworld. Very painful. I'd say its better to be a vampire that go there.

No real vampire would appear on any show... Also a vampire very life depends of total secrecy... All they were is a vampire wanna be........ I can't believe that anyone would even think of finding them creditable..........As a matter of fact I can't believe that people still watch Jerry Springer............................. that are above the age of 5 years old lol.....................................

I didn't see that, but vampires DO exist. All kinds. I know stories about vampires in my hometown, and they are really gruesome.
