I didn't get such a tax cut. All I have seen is higher taxes and less buying power.

There's no easy way to deal with this. Do you remember when you were in elementary school and that one loud kid kept you from going to recess? How he (one person) ruined it for everybody? In effect, that's exactly what's happening now. Some people are having babies specifically to get the tax credit and then neglect that child when it's born. That child becomes a burden on society and the tax payers. The only BIG problem with this is how badly those children above will suffer since they are no longer beneficial to their "caring" parents.

I don't have kids, instead I subsidize everyone else. The child tax credit was a bad Democratic idea made worst by the Republicans two doubled the amount it pays out. It should be abolished

I changed that law in 1994.
Prior to 1994 families could only get a daycare tax credit for "TWO" children. If they had more kids they had to suck it up and not be treated fairly, or equally to any families with two or fewer children.
You'd think some of the lowly dems would praise me for being so dubious. You're welcome!

For every ONE dollar Americans got in tax cuts from Bush, they were stuck holding a bill for THREE dollars and Seventy Four cents! 99% of Americans were Net LOSERS under Bush's tax policies!

Tax breaks are NOT a gift from the president or the Congress... This is our money, not the president's.
No one (conservative or liberal) should say "thank you" to the president for doing his job. We do not live in a monarchy.
Try to grind your axe on something else. This is just dumb.

So by your logic you'll be sending back the tuition credit that you get every year for your student loans and college tuition that Clinton gave during his administration? Yea, I didn't think so.

I noticed that I have been paying a lower percentage in taxes for the passed few years. After my second child I have had nice returns.

Our family claims 0 deductions until tax time.
The government essentially uses my money throughout the year.....money that I could be earning interest on.
So one of the few things that Bush has done that benefits our citizens and you want us to give it back because we disagree with nearly everything else he has done incorrectly or hasn't done right?
Give me a break!!
