I would too!...I'm just that way!...the kids won't mind, kinda cool and funny being cousins with the same name, of course a nick name would probably be assigned.

Well here's the thing in my family.
I have 2 cousins named Mike. I think the same age or close enough.
And it's retarded because no one ever knows who someone is talking about.
My brother did take my perfect baby name when he had his son. I'm sure he wasn't aware of this and the rule "first come first serve" so he has his baby Andrew and I've picked a different name.
I'm only 20 so I have a few more years before I need to actually pick a name...he however had to pick a name when he was 19...Andrew fits my nephew and I'm glad he has that name
I would not use that name now though...it'd be silly to.

my husband's sister had her boy 18 yrs ago and named him the same name has my husband. Because my husband's name is the same had their dad. Not thinking or caring that her brother ( my husband ) is never going to have a son of his own. Well him & I had a son 5 1/2 yrs ago . WHEN SHE founded out that we were having a boy and that we were going to name him ( my hysband's name ) SHE FLIPPED. I just laughed in front of her. I wished I could of thrown blows!..lol

it happened by me.
my mom wanted to name her a boy a REALLY cute name and then her sister had a boy before her and named hers that name. my mom named her boy a different name though!!
