I always make the same stuff for dinner (tacos, spaghetti,meatloaf, etc) all the time and I'm just looking for new recepies/ideas! Thanks!

Try some fish, get any mild fish, like tilapia, trout, etc, marinate in favorite marinade, maybe a lemon butter, then simply bake or broil in oven, 15 or 20 minutes, steam some vegetables, maybe broccoli, healthy delicious meal....I really like to grill it..actually, grilling is always a good thing...so whens supper..

I LOVE to make my specialty: Chicken marinated (overnight) in soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and pepper for flavoring. I then bake it covered at 375 degrees and for 1 and 15 minutes. For 15 minutes more, I bake it without the cover. The cover helps to keep the chicken moist. I serve the chicken with rice and a vegetable of some sort.
Another thing that I cook is pork with salt, pepper, season all, rosemary, and thyme. I fry that up in EVOO and serve that with rice and a vegetable.
There are a couple of things I LOVE to cook. :-D

I feel the same way I'm always making the same thing usually tacos, spagetti, chili, or something Hamburger Helper. It gets boring but I don't have the patience to get extravagant with meals.

My sweetheart is an excellent cook and makes some outstanding Italian dishes among others. She makes a great egg plant parmasan. I cook pretty good on the grill with hamburgers, steaks, chicken, shrimp, and baked potatoes.

But, as for some of my favorite, different, and easy things to make for dinner:
Quiches
Homemade pizza
Homemade fried rice, with chicken and vegetables
Rice and beans with lots of spices and seasonings
Chili
Roasted chicken
Braised pork chops
Soup with bread and salad
Chicken salad
Grilled Chicken
Caesar salad
Omelets (you can fill them any way you want)
Grilled cheese sandwiches (with Brie or Cheddar instead of American cheese)
Sausage, peppers and onions

Lamb Chops on the grill (charcoal, not gas), white or red clam sauce over thick spaghetti, swordfish or tuna steaks, vodka sauce over tortellini, and chicken cutlets....

guess this wont help but my fave thing is meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
