u didnt get me right , i saw the scene where SAWYER was sick and KATE was by his bed and when he woke up she told him face 2 face : (( I AM PREGNANT ))

you misunderstood. Ben wanted to know IF she was pregnant, since he she and Sawyer had been having sex. he sent Juliette to find out if she or any of the other women were pregnant. Kate was concerned that she might be, since presumably there are now condoms on the island, and if she was what might happen to her (pregnant women die on the island). she was asking Sawyer what he would do if she was gonna have his baby.
EDIT: after checking with some websites I can't find anyone that states Kate is pregnant. wikipedia agrees with me that she was just worried that she might be pregnant. you can check out episodes on abc.com/Lost, and see if you see that episode again. if you do, tell us the episode so that we can compare.

I don't recall Kate ever telling anyone she was preggers, but it would make sence since Ben aka He Who Shall Be Called Henry Gale wanted Juliet to spy on Sun and Kate. If she is, the odds def are with Sawyer being the daddy. The odds of Jack being dad are pretty slim

No, Kate is not pregnant. And since all pregnant woman who concieve on the island die, she is really hoping she isn't!

It's probably Sawyer's. I can't think of any other person who would impregnate her.
