I had symptoms at about 4 weeks. I was really tired. My gums would bleed when I brushed my teeth, my breasts were sore, and I was really moody....almost like having a period.

First pregnancy i knew about 2 weeks after conception (i wasn't even late for my period yet) I couldn't stand anything touching my nipples, cause they were so sore, I couldn't even lie on my side and have them touching the bed. My 2nd pregnancy, I was quite shocked that i was pregnant, but i don't think it was the lack of 'symptoms' I had symptoms, but we had been trying for so long and i had been let down a few times (got my hopes up with pregnancy symptoms only to be not pregnant), i probably in the back of my mind didn't want to give my hopes up, but from memory i think i was feeling nauseos (spelling... i know!) and off my normal food, I couldn't stand meat (that was about 3 weeks after conception)!

With my first- I was about 2 weeks pregnant. (I wasn't ttc) It started with heartburn! I never before had experienced heartburn- until then! about 3 wks I started to run ( my breasts are a DD and normally not sensitive at all) and I had to stop b/c my breast hurt.
* I honestly didn't think it was all due to pregnancy. In fact my 1st preggo appt. was actually made so that my husband and I could get some fertility drugs to get pregnant. (I was told we would have trouble getting pregnant.). By 3 wks I was nauseous. On a whim I bought a pregnancy test- Since I was 2 months late already- I thought if I was pregnant I would be 11 wks). Sonogram confirmed. only 3 1/2 wks by doctors appt! & already throwing up! Some people's bodies are just more sensitive the the hormones.
With my son (I was also not ttc) I had the heartburn again at 2 wks! Once I had it I told my husband I needed to go test. He didn't believe me. I waited a week and tested positive.
Obviously- my body is very intune with its hormones.

i was 2 weeks pregnant with both of the kids so i guess that would be about 15 days past ovulation - just felt different. Couldn't put my finger on what was wrong tho. Wasn't sick to my stomach but didn't feel like drinking liquor (i was 21 and very excited about drinking at that time) and i was sleepy, my stomach actually hurt like it was bruised and i couldn't wear tight waisted clothes from 2 weeks pregnant, boobs NEVER hurt until after i delivered and then milk came in. That's about it, nothing major like i hear from others, just a different feeling that i knew something was up.

I normally would spot for a few days before my period was due, when I was pregnant, this didn't happen. I also noticed I was very tired, but I didn't have any other common symptoms such as nausea or sore breasts. I did have a tiny amount of implantation bleeding.

I started feeling symptoms about a week before my missed period. Breasts swelled and were painful and cervical mucus was more viscus and smelled different (not bad just different) first. Then i had mild cramping and a little spotting about 3 days before missed period, along with lower back pain and bloating. It all felt like my period was coming except for my breasts. they hurt worse then ever before. I didn't actually have nausea or vomiting until a few days before my miscarriage, almost 6 weeks along.
Hope this helps!

3-4 days before my period is due I will spot, but that doesnt happen to everyone. Then my boobs get big!! Right away, I'm up 1/2-1 cup size. I generally don't test positive until I am at least a week late, but by then I know!!

I got symptoms right away. I'd say within a week. But, I thought it was the flu! My hubby was sick with me for about a month--nice of him! Symptoms-nausea and vomitting, everything I smelled cooking made me sick, couldn't drink coffee without puking(WAH!). But, that only lasted the first three months. Then I was fine.

My very first symptom was the nausea when I brushed my teeth. I didn't know I was pregers but I was probably about 6 or 7 weeks. It was overwhelming!
