its from my childhood and cannot fins anything on google etc i think it's parce pas tous or pas par tous??

I tried looking for one from when I was little to.. but I think mine was called Tele francais with a singing pineapple and stuff... but to your point; The old french shows are MUCH harder to find ... I think you're looking for the "passe par tout" show ?

Weird clown guy...I don't think I ever saw it until I was like 20. I was an English Quebec kid, watched Romper Room.
