CBS canceled it in May . Sorry.
Mark Burnett and CBS wanted to take advantage of Pirates of the Caribbean coming out and put together Pirate Master and that is what they replaced Rockstar with.
And that really sucks too because Pirate Master is just a lame version of Survivor on a boat with people wearing Pirate costumes and eye makeup.
Rockstar was like a mini concert every week and at least the contestants on that show had some talent!

Why the hell have they discontinued the Rockstar show? It was probably the most Entertaining of all reality shows. Hey Mark Burnett, it's the best thing you've done, why pull it from us? Also, Lukas Rossi has so much talent, looks like a young Marlon Brando, and is brilliant, why doesn't someone else grab him up if TLee and the others don't want him?
I actually don't think they deserve him anyway.

There was going to be a new season this year supposedly featuring Van Halen. They decided against it and put that lame Pirate reality show on instead. Perhaps if that Pirate show tanks like it seems it`s going to they will rethink their decision and bring back Rockstar next summer.

I've been trying to find that out and can't seem to get any information. I'm missing that show this summer terribly. It really made my last two summers, and this summer TV is extremely boring without it.
