How do i change "diagnostic or selective start up" to normal start up on Windows XP?

For some reason when i started my pc this "system configuration utility" thing came up and said that the system configuration utility is currently in diagnostic or selective startup and then it says that i need to choose the normal startup on the "general tab" to start windows normall.

where is this "general tab" so i can choose the normal startup mode on my PC. thanks

Click Start and then Run and type msconfig and then press OK. That will start the MSConfig utility where you can change this option.
