For those of you who asked on what charge, are obviously in no position to answer my question since you don't have any facts under your belt. I won't spend one second starting my list of charges, but will instead say they should do to Bush what they have done to Sadaam.

Impeachment would take too long and cost too much.
Better: he's tried in an international tribunal for high crimes against humanity, and - if convicted - is hanged, just as he arranged for his archenemy, Hussein, to be hanged. -RKO- 07/13/07

He's not even supposed to be in office in the first place since we elected Gore, but as far as impeachment goes, it's not worth the hassle at this point. I hate Bush/Cheney with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns, but remember how f*cked up everything got when we went through this with Clinton? There are very pressing issues right now that will be swept under the carpet if we started impeachment proceedings. I'd like to see the war ended, social security fixed, energy crisis and climate change and on and on and on. Impeaching the b*stard isn't going to solve anything, unfortunately. It'll just divert attention away from the important things.

I think he should have been impeached before he was handed the presidency the first time. Wait, that's not possible.
I am absolutely for impeaching the idiot known as George W. Bush. I believe that he has lied to the people in the United States, and to the rest of the world. I also believe that he has hurt our country more than any other president in history.

Irrelevant. It is not going to happen because:
There is not enough votes to sustain it.
The charges are hard to prove.
If impeachment occurs, it will be hard to prove guilt in the Senate. Remember, that step is a trial and it follows all the rules of evidence of a trial. Only what can be proven matters.

Considering you can't think up a plausible charge, nor make an argument; I'll continue with Against. I am proud to have him as our president. The US economy is doing exceedingly well and it looks as thou the Dow will hit 14,000 for the very first time!
Blind sheep? You don't seem to have any facts. Fact: the US economy is doing as well/better than when Reagan was President. Unemployment rates are lower than they have been in 20 years, I mentioned the Dow in my above statement and taxes are lower than under Clinton's regime. I am very happy with our President.

Well then please put some facts under our belts. Impeachment requires charges. If you don't want to list them then why ask the question? There will be no impeaching dubya because as you've just demonstrated, there is nothing impeachable to charge him with.

I think its the most brilliant scheme Democrats have ever concocted. Dick Cheney would then become President and then appoint Condi Rice as Veep, thus elevating both of their chances in the fall '88. Do it!!!!

I'd support the democrats to try impeaching him for no other reason than to make most of them stand up and make a choice for the first time in their lives.
Then see how long it takes before they change their mind again.

On what grounds? What are the charges? If you want our thoughts about whether Bush should be impeached or not, you need to have some sort of specific charge in mind, you mental giant.

it does not matter if he is impeached or not, as we learned from the impeachment of Nixon and Clinton, even if he is impeached they will leave him in office so what is the point? we already know he has lost the public support
