I grew up watching Days. I still try and keep up with what is going on with everyone but it has been so long it takes a while. My mom still watches it and has gotten my dad to watch it now that he is retired! It is a great show!

Honestly, I was never a soap fan until I caught one part of Days last year and then i was hooked.
I actually work during the day, so I record it and watch it at night!
It's getting a little too drawn out, though. This whole thing with the Brady -Dimera feud has been going on too long and they need to get into something else.
It's sometimes disppointing also to see that characters who have been on the show for a long time are suddenly replaced by someone else, (o.e., Sean, Phillip, Abby, etc).
All in all, I still watch it!

love that soap. i have watched ever sincei was about 11 yrs old and i'm now 30. but i do think that it has gotten a little far fetched. the down fall for me was when sami dressed up as a man, the sami and EJ rape thing and the charcter changes, although i keep wathcing it. i just wished that they would leave lucus and sami alone. the Dimera's would leave then it would be less drama and it would be like a normal day in salem.

^I've been watching since the beginning, yes I'm that old, thank goodness for VCR's. That's about 30 years. It's not what it used to be, but I'm sill a fan. The storyline is starting to get interesting again. I'm glad Stefano and Tony/Andre are back, Bart's a trip too, and I'm waiting to see what Ralf will do.

I hate what they are doing with the Stephine character, if she doesn't wise up after what Jeremy did to her in the hot tub, she's dumber than dirt.

I like it. To much drama? it is a soap opera! It gives me something to watch during nap time. It is fun to watch other peoples problems. Especially when they are all rich and beautiful.

I used to watch and love it. I have grown so tired of Marlena and her constant back and forth with John Black. Their undying devotion is beyond a soap opera reality -- I think it is more like science fiction. She has just never seemed to grow as a character any further and it bores me to see her now.

My grandma got me started on Days and I have continued to watch although not faithfully every day. You can miss it for a while and catch up. And around the "4th" when they brought 'Alice Horton' out I cried. She is so amazing and it just almost makes you believe that she is what holds families together.

I have watched Days forever (my mother was pregnant with me when she started watching in 1965).

I am proud to say there have been 4 generations of faithful Day watchers in the family...

Through thick and thin, through good times and bad, through sick days, summer vacations, college years, work days (thank God for the VCR), pregnancies, job lay offs, and what ever...I have watched Days...

I love Days...but there have been times that I have been really embarrassed by the show (can you say demon possessed Marlena - oh, and bring everybody you killed back to life?)

The past 18 months or so have been BLEAK...so bleak, that I actually started switching channels and watching All my children (until they started doing that funky camera stuff - and I had to pick...bad camera crap or bad story line...hmmmmm).

Anyway, I am soooo happy to see that Days has FINIALLY came back to it's senses and is FINIALLY doing family things again! It is great seeing characters behave normally - and some good, healthy mystery!

Keep up the great work, DAYS OF OUR LIVES! May you live another few generations!
