So, my boyfriend and I have been talking about me possibly being pregnant lately. We have had incidents like this before, but they were not so serious. I have not been on my birth control for over 3 months now, and we have unprotected sex all of the time. Lately i have been gaining weight, and my stomach is getting bigger. Does that mean I am pregnant? We are both excited but I think I am more than him. I dont really have any symptoms, other than feeling sick in the stomach and peeing alot lately, and my last period was only one day and was not like it usually is. Does anyone have any kind of answer that would help me.

I know how to raise a child, I raised my 3 year old sister and my 15 year old brother, I am not clueless about parenting and am totally in check with reality. I have a full time job and only pay 300 a month for rent. I also work with many people who recently had a baby or are pregnant now, so i have a lot of support.
Rude comments are very unnessary thank you

Sickness and peeing a lot are signs of pregnancy, but it doesn't necessarily mean anything. Have you missed a period yet? If not, you shouldn't be showing just yet. In fact, many people LOSE weight during the first trimester. Still, don't assume you're not just because you get a period. I had regular ones for my first four months of pregnancy. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but pretty much all pregnancy symptoms can also be attributed to other things. Look for lower back pain, something that feels like menstrual cramps, sore breasts, and sometimes dizziness when you get up too quickly. Then around the time you should be getting a period (whether you get it or not) take a test. Hope it turns out the way you want it to!

If your last period was only one day it could very possibly have been implantation bleeding. You should really take a pregnancy test to find out so you know for sure and can start caring for yourself and the baby properly. However, remember that coming off the pill can mess with your hormones which can make you gain weight and feel different. Some people also say coming off the pill can cause you to hyperovulate because your body gets confused, making it easier to get pregnant. I don't know much about hyperovulating. The best plan would be to take a pregnancy test. Good luck!

I would agree that you probably are pregnant. But on the topic of how soon you show.......it all depends on how big you were to begin with. I wasn't very big when I first found out, and I began to show about 2 1/3 or 3 months along. CRAZY right? But anyways it really depends on your size and only you would know. But I would definitely get a test. As for your b/f, my husband and I talked about having a baby for about 2 month's and he was always more excited than me, but when I finally got pregnant it was almost like he was mad. It is just how men are, they are excited on the inside, but on the outside they don't know how to react. Trust me if he really loves you and is still there, odds are he will stay and he is just in shock! Believe me this is a very sensitive subject for guys! Well best of luck with everything!

For God's sakes how hard is it to buy a $5 test? Yeah-I'd say that you are pregnant but what in the heck are you doing not using birth control. Do you like the idea of being a single mom? I'm sorry but the fact that you'd rather ask this question and wait for answers instead of taking a test (which takes 2 minutes) tells me that parenting could be a real struggle for you.

well i would definitely take a pregnancy test, cos when i fell pregnant i had all the same symptoms as you have stated in your question, and if you are pregnant just give your boyfriend a bit of time getting used to the idea of being a dad, cos you really don't know how much responsibility a baby is until its arrived and men seem to worry about that bit more than women, so please make sure you are both definitely ready to bring a child into this world. hope all works out for you.

If you had a period that last only one day, it was probably not your period, but implantation bleeding (which is not common but does happen).
Also if you are feeling sick and urinating a lot those are pregnancy symptoms (unless you have a urinary tract infection).
If you've been having unprotected sex for all that time, pregnancy is a very BIG possibility. If so...congratulations and all the best to you and baby!
Will you be getting married soon to start a family?

you definitely might be prego, although I don't think a bigger or harder stomach is the "first" sign of pregnancy... normally you'd know you were expecting WAY before you noticed that. Noticing a bigger stomach usually happens at 4-6 months along. When was your last period? if it was longer than a month ago, take a hpt... good luck!

It sounds like you could be preggo, but only a test will tell you for sure. The peeing and sick feeling are signs. Also, when I got preggo with my second son, I also had a light period for one day, then it went away. If it wasn't a very heavy day of bleeding, I would test soon. It could've been what they call "implantation spotting."

Take a pee test. For your stomach to be getting bigger, you'd have to be about 4 months pregnant, at least. Are oyu fourn months pregnant??
I don't know, you sound really ill-informed. Take a test and if it's negative, go back on birth control.
