I don't know if it is what you are looking for but a couple come to mind. In the movie Van Wilder where they get that dog with the large testicles to "fill" those pasteries. The lawnmower scene in Braindead, and the sex scene in the necromantiks.

I accept as true with you on that scene. The sound of his teeth scraping the concrete. So incorrect in too many approaches. the different gross out scene for me, and that's thoroughly random. became in between the Lord of the ring movies, on an identical time as Gollum became turning out to be his nasty area, it confirmed him ingesting a uncooked fish up close and the noise and all, a splash too a lot for me. Then on the very initiating of a megastar Trek action picture (the only while the borgs take over the deliver) while the screw goies into the attention. blaaaat!

The grossest movie scene is from the Japonese movie called Dumplings. There is an actress who hires a woman to make her dumplings out of baby fetuses in order to keep the actress looking young. It's a pretty sick flick!

The grossest one for me was in "Supersize Me." There was a scene where the guy hangs out his car door and throws up his meal. It's for real and you can hear it splatter on the ground.
Just knowing that it was real and not fake vomit used in other movies made me queasy.

YOU MEAN like having someone's intestine's ripped out of their body while they were still alive, and then eaten by hordes of mindless ravening zombies pulling the still living flesh from their bones, all the while the person is still screaming because they haven't felt the shock of blood loss yet....

Well, since yu gave a time line, I can tell you that this isn't it, but it's the grossest damned thing that *I* have ever seen yet..."Texas Chainsaw Massacre III", where "momma" is seen munching out of a jar of pickled eyeballs. Ew.

D-Day invasion in Saving Private Ryan right at the beginning (the first like 20 minutes or something). Gross bloody gorey scene.

I would have to say faces of death. Actually watching the guy get quartered on the big screen was absolutely shocking. Watching this guy get tied to four horses, then his limbs all ribbed off and watching him lay there just a torso and die in that condition was pretty gross.
