Is there any way you could connect a Nintendo Wii to a computer (MacBook) and use the computer as the screen to play?

You would need an AV capture adapter that could take the composite or component video from the Wii and get it into the computer for it to then display it.

But is is going to be a pretty small display for using a Wii.

Edit:

If you have a camcorder that has video in and USB/firewire out you could use that. You may have to record your game or find a way to stop the camcorder from turning itself off from inactivity.

Wii -> Camcorder -> Mac Book. You might look like a bit of a geek with that set up!

No, due to you have a laptop you can not add a video input device like a TV tuner card. altough you may be able to find a video input device that hocks up to Fire Wire, instead of a PCI card that goes inside the computer. if you find one. the device should have A/V input, so you can plug ing a wii and use you laptop like it was a TV.
