President Eisenhower was just playing with the gullible liberals,no doubt.Liberals believe in all kinds of fantasies like the Military Industrial complex,global warming and even that the US has a constitution and that the patriot act goes against that constitution.They believe men and women should have equal pay for equal work.These and other weird idea's live in the liberal mindset.Good red staters can only pray they never get power in America and check under their bed for liberals every night before going to sleep

I think you mean "Mil-Spec", don't you? That's not a "Military Industrial Complex". It's standards the DoD set for equipment.
