If you mean the color, it's the colors of the team which plays there (SF had orange, black jerseys)
The #'s are just the same as during the season

For the game proper, the home team (players from the same league as the host team) wear their standard white home uniforms, and the visiting league wears their gray road uniforms.
For the HR Derby and other such peripheral All-Star activities, they wear special jerseys designed each year for the events. Either the host team's colors, or the standard AL red and NL blue, tend to dominate.
