The Veep has always been to round out the demographics. If the Prez wannabe is from up north, they shift through the woodpile looking for a Southerner that won't spoil the match-up. Much different game from when this country started. Originally, the loser of the Presidential election became the Veep. The resulting Cabinets weren't so partisan.
America has a lot more adjustments needed before any prosperous years come back. That's what I think the Neocons haven't grasped yet.

Bill can be elected again as President , The Constitution limits a president term" two consecutive terms" at a time! Since we had Bush in there we can have 8 years more of Bill. The Constitution does not limit the amount of times a person can be elected president

Since Billy is not eligible to be president again he is unable to take the VP spot because of the line of succession should the pres die. Your devotion to Billie is admirable but demonstrates a lack of the ability to make good judgments. If You can support someone with the morality of a dog in heat is does not say much for You.

First of all they are both from New York state home resident, that alone disqualifies them, and this questions has been asked many times, A VICE PRESIDENT CAN ONLY BE VICE PRESIDENT IF HE IS ALSO ELIGIBLE TO BE A PRESIDENT. BILL CLINTON CANNOT BE PRESIDENT...dont worry Clinton will win the election even if she had a monkey as vice president. Its pretty much locked in for her.

Sorry but Bill had nothing to do with that. You can thank the Republican congress and house for that. As far as the clintons in the white house again. God I hope not.

You're wrong. Since Clinton will never be able to fulfill his obligation to step in as president he therefore cannot be eligible to run for VP.

There is a side benefit.
Since the president and the vice president must reside in different locations, it will be good for Bill and for their marriage!
