They are all over my yard and have made onto my porch YUCK!! I want to vomit just looking at them. Is there a spray or pesticide that will get rid of them for good or is that not going to happen?

Try a strung mixture of malathion. Get it at your garden center.
Follow the directions on the bottle. You'll need a spray bottle.

Get a shop vacuum with a long hose and suck them up one by one. If you have kids, make a game of it and have them do it. They'll love it.
