Who else feels this way? He has screwed up this country and cost the lives of many Americans all for the sake of a country that doesn't want to change. Who agrees? All answers that are rude and obnoxious will be removed so don't bother. However, I do respect all opinions ( within reason).

I agree that Cheney should go as well. For the Bush supporters, how do you explain his ex-supporters (even in congress) jumping ship? His right hand man Colin Powell was the first and now talks abouts Bush's Blunders while he served. C'mon people. You don't see anything wrong???

Oh Harry puddin, I'll excuse you this time. Your mama obviously didn't teach you that "if you have nothing nice to say" thing.

The U.S. is supposed to be the most powerful and respected Country in the world. What do you think other countries think of us right now? Not much. If you lead by example, we aren't much of an example tp follow. That is why Tony Blair stepped down. He followed Bush's lead and his country hated him for it. If you Bush followers lost your son, daughter, father, husband in this "unnecessary" war, would you feel the same? I think not.

Lastly, no impeachable defense? How about the big lie that started this war? Where the hell are the wmd that he swore were in place? Powell ( and he would know better than any of you) said there were NONE. Get it? Bush told a bold face lie which cost this Country our freedom( for those of you who weren't at ground zero on 9/11, it looked like Iraq! I was there) and it cost us the lives of young Americans who thought they were doing the right thing so don't tell me he is this great leader that you say he is. That's Bulls--t!

He deserves to be impeached. After 6 years of republican control of both the White House and the Congress, the democrats have started to gain control. It has been 8 months since the midterm election when democrats won the house and barely took the senate. It seems probable that the democrats will win the White House in 2008. The Supreme court will remain conservative 5 to 4 for some time to come.
If a democrat win the White House there is a chance that some of the existing seats, if vacated, will be filled with a non conservative justice.
The turning over of power in this country is usually slow; that is not necessarily a bad thing.
What does all this have to do with impeaching Bush and or Cheney?
Impeachment is disruptive, it produces the feeling of revenge, it may allow the republicans, who are now in a retreat, to maneuver, to react.
I believe is better to proceed slowly, and deliberative, and try to keep our gains in congress, and try to win the White House in 2008.

I believe that the Atlanta Hawks will win the NBA Champinship before George W. Bush is impeached and since the Hawks are not favored to win the NBA Championship anytime soon, Bush will not be impeached anytime soon and even if the Hawks win the NBA Championshp in 2008, it will be too late to impeach Bush because of the 2008 Presidential Election.

The day we start Impeachment proceedings against both of those liars will be the day we can all celebrate. Both have committed intolerable offenses...the lies that started the Iraq War, the secret prisons, the wiretapping, torture of prisoners, the Imperial proclamations, etc.
It is said that the day John F. Kennedy was shot is the day freedom died.
The day we impeach George W. Bush and Dick Cheney will be the day of the rebirth of freedom and justice in America!

Steven 1, you better check your facts. He was NOT elected by a majority. The majority of the vote went to Gore, but thanks to our goofy electoral college system, and the Supreme Courts decisiions, he was put in office. He is a cheat and a fraud. He should be imprisoned along with Cheney.
I'm afraid impeaching him, as much as I personally like the idea, wouldn't solve anything, though. Even if Cheney were impeached right along with him, we'd still have his power structure in place, and don't think for one minute that the Bush and Cheney families wouldn't still be running things.

I agree. But unfortunately it will never happen. Yes whoever is the next pres. will inherit all the c___ the admin. left behind. I recently spoke to a soldier just back from Iraq, he told me, we need to get out of there. That it is now a civil war and our guys don't even know who is the enemy anymore. But when you see a soldier on the news saying he "believes" in what they are doing, is bunch of c___. They say that because they have too!!! Once they're home they don't believe in the sh__. If bush believes in this war so much, why doesn't he have his daughters enlist and go fight hiw war?

Bush has done nothing according to the Constitution to merit impeachment. You could try reading that document before you post questions, all Bush has done is his best to protect his Country during time of war. The same thing men like FDR and Lincoln did.

If you believe that bush jr has committed no impeachable offense then you have not been paying attention or your loyalty is to your party and not to your country. The same people that were screaming about Clinton's lie condone the activities of bush jr. Go to impeachbush.com for the list of impeachable offenses, to numerous to list here. I find the torture, the lies of WMD, the illegal wiretapping and habeas corpus violations the most personally disturbing.

The call for impeachment is a totally unintelligent reaction if and when people are opposing a certain policy of the President. Political life is not a black and white matter. In order to be constructive, one has to accept the fact in politics that opposite opinions have to compromise.

While there are many reasons to impeach George W. Bush I think we shouldn't try it. First ,there are still too many in Congress that would not go along with it. Second, Nancy Pelosi says it is not even on the table. Third, the longer Bush/Cheney are in office the more blunders and corruption thus the more for the Democrats to use against Republicans in the 2008 election.

what we all (me, you, the guy next door, and all the leaders that have there mind need to do is stop pointing fingers and think about what to do to stop terrorists attacks all people want to do is point fingers and put the blame on some one else. I did not see you voting agents bush before the election and now look ha ha this is how the world of liberals work but I can't help but see both points of views. I know what you mean lets see the bugging phone lines and computers, the social security thing, and the war in Iraq. but look at that good things too lets see mmmmmm the Intel that has been brought in of maby terrorists networks and that hole website thing. the New Orlines thing was not Bush''s fault it was the Governor and Mayer down there that would not let him in. probably racist against blacks and Mexicans etc that live down there. if "we"(America) keep pointing fingers we will end up getting them bitten off. I don't like him I hate him but I will not lie about him I will tell all the good and all the bad and see how it goes. still you can out way the good by the bad about Bush and this is why i don't like him but there is nothing we can do about it.
