No it's not to late, all citizens of this country should fly the flag if they choose to. I can certainly understand the reasoning behind your question. Growing up in Bermondsey in the 70's the only people who flew the flag was the national front. I have to admit it did scare me as I knew these people disliked me because of my colour. It is not just people of colour who felt uncomfortable with the flag flying, white people have to, certainly those who feel that they don't want to be associated with a far right party. My argument is why should it be the domain of the far right? Are we not English/British? I believe that we should all fly the flag if we so wish, today I don't asociate the flag only with the far right, where I live more and more people are flying the union jack and the cross of Saint George, people of all cultural heiritages. For me it's a good thing to see, and I know now that all people who fly the flag are NOT racist. For all the social problems that we have in this country, the ignorance and racism, I still love it and I am proud to be British. there is alot more positivity in this country then we are given credit for, alot of people from different backgrounds love this country, and everyone should be proud to fly the flag if they so wish.

No.
You must be some kind of a moronic simpleton that believes every piece of garbage from the newspapers as you've not got a mind of your own to think critically to believe that it does.

And because you seem like a clever young thing- I'm sure you've simply forgotten that meanings are all in the mind.
It's simply newspapers attempting to spread black myths about a very real political threat to both Labour and Tory.
If the BNP were truly racist- they would be outlawed and disallowed from entering elections.

But of course- you being such a clever thing- you simply forgot these points.

Not unless your Gordon-patriotic-Brown. Now if you condemn that flying the Union Jack is not in line with the PC brigades ideology, then your unpatriotic. How hypocritical from a government that has changed the political landscape forever!.

as a results of fact England has a extensive inhabitants while in comparison with Scotland and Wales, a GB or uk group could truly be an English group. soccer is long regular interior the united kingdom and not one of the abode international locations prefer to lose their communities. people in Britain ordinarily think of of themselves as English, Scottish and Welsh first quite than British. So England performs with the britain flag and so on. additionally interior the Olympics i think Britain does no longer enter a soccer group as a results of fact of controversy over who would desire to play.

I don't see anything wrong with BNP, considering they broke off from National Front because of their violent racism. Is there anything wrong with wanting to keep Great Britain British?
