There was a group of American Indians that were called dog men.. Who did eat dogs... But they were warriors that kicked butt until they were hunted down and were almost wiped out to a man by the U.S. Army... But if you are talking about the group of people that were werewolfs... That has yet to be proven as real as of yet........ But either one can be looked up by using your search engine on your computer...........................
