No, we need cows. Just add some anti-flatulence medication to the food! Maybe China is already doing this. Who knows.

a good bit of the carbon from animals gets recycled through the soil.. so it never makes it to the atmosphere anyway.. and beyond that they are part of the natural cycle (sure, herding has taken them a little above a natural number but they still are a part of nature) and the natural cycle is what allows us to KEEP an atmosphere.. no one wants to get rid of ALL the green house gases.. that would make us an ice cube at night and a frying pan during the day... we just want to help lessen our UNNATURAL addition to the equation.

yeah cow flatulence is part of global warming. india is a big problem since cows can enter your home and poop on your bed and nothing is done. india should be given a triple global warming taxation status.
