2035? Guess what? It is not a meteor. You have picked up on the asteroid 99942 Apophis scare story. There is a 1 in 45,000 chance of an impact in 2035 and a 1 in 12.3 million chance of an impact in 2036. At those odds, not worth losing any sleep over it.
Wikipedia summarises the situation well:
"99942 Apophis is a near-Earth asteroid that caused a brief period of concern in December 2004 because initial observations indicated a relatively large probability that it would strike the Earth in 2029. Additional observations provided improved predictions that eliminated the possibility of an impact on Earth or the Moon in 2029. However there remained a possibility that during the 2029 close encounter with Earth, Apophis would pass through a "gravitational keyhole", a precise region in space no more than about 400 meters across, that would set up a future impact on April 13, 2035.
This possibility kept the asteroid at Level 1 on the Torino impact hazard scale until August 2006. It broke the record for the highest level on the Torino Scale, being, for only a short time, a level 4, before it was lowered.
Additional observations of the trajectory of Apophis revealed the "keyhole" would likely be missed and on August 5, 2006, Apophis was lowered to a Level 0 on the Torino Scale. As of October 19, 2006 the impact probability for April 13, 2035 is estimated at 1 in 45,000. An additional impact date in 2036 has been identified, however the impact probability for that encounter is 1 in 12.3 million."

29 years. Its called Apothos--and willmost likely be a near miss--but it could hit; its too early to besure.
Its not big enough to "destroy the world' or any thing like that--but if it hit close to a major city, it could kill a LOT of people.
The good news is we can definately develop the technology to deflect it if we need to.
The bad news is that, for the last 12 years, the GOP Congress did nothing but cut NASA's budget and kill every proposal they had to develop advanced spacecraft--and so far that hasn't changed; the new Congress hasn't taken the NASA budget up yet.
The other bad news--we know of several thousand "Near Earth Asteroids"--none of the others will come veryclose to earth in the at-all-near future. But there are estimated to be several thousand more we DON'T know about yet.

My, My...are we a little bit late in getting this news or what? Almost 255 people have already brought this question to Yahoo prior to your entry here with it.
In your question,
meator = incorrect.
meteor = correct.
here = incorrect spelling.(here, as in this place)
hear = correct spelling (heard with ears)
To respond to the question, NASA suggests a fly-by situation which could come within about 200 million miles of Earth. That distance is twice the distance from the Earth to the Sun.
So, were it to come this way, I would not be overly concerned. There is certainly not much we can do about it anyhow.

something like that it will pass very close to earth in 2028 or something like that but they are almost 100% sure it will miss but if it does end up heading for us we are looking into way of changing its orbit so far we are looking into using a large sattalite with enough gravitaitional pull to move it ever so slightley as so to just fly right back into deep space.

Yeah, and have been for billions of years. Many have hit earth as meteorites, such as meteor crater in Arizona, and the Yucatan peninsula.
Many enter the atmosphere every day.
Did you have a point?

I would guess that several hit the Earth today as meteorites.
