Im in miami right now and it is really easy to navigate around the city because all the streets and avenues are numbered in order. When i first moved here i learned how to navigate around the neighborhood and later realized that the neighborhood is like knowing the whole city. the only thing i dont like here is the traffic, the traffic is horible when everyone goes to work and back home. there are also lots of fun things to do that are fun, like going to the beach, waterpark, sequarium, and other fun places that i love. the food is not that expensive, but the houses are and the rent is. Im renting a town house which is like a two story long building with 8 units in it so its a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home that cost $1200/m. and the food is decent cost right now so i like living here. if you wanna ask me some other questions ill be glad to answer... just email me at bkos90@yahoo.com.
Hope this helped

Hello, Jamal -

South Beach is the easiest city to navigate in Miami. If you work in the service industry, it's not very difficult to find a job. If you're looking for moving tips, check out this article written by a new resident:

I love Miami. I've lived there most my life. It is a pretty coslty place to live though. The suburbs are very easy to navigate, but once you hit downtown, it gets pretty wierd.
If you're 18 or 21 and over, there is ALWAYS something to do.

Miami is a very fast pace city, there is alot of latinos specially in the southwest area, my wife and I were born here, but unlike us there is alot of latin people from different countries, who don't speak the English language, its a nice city but at times very competitive.as for navigation it is very easy s.w,n.w,ave. st. NW and SW divided by flagler street first lesson remember this street is also terrace and lane to not fog get that think of st. Louis (stl.) as for avenue think (cap) court, avenue, place. Places like Coral Gables is harder because there addresses goes by names and Hialeah is like another country full of Latin people is hard to find a American in the city of Hialeah Florida,
