With mood of the country the GOP might be completely blown out of the water in '08, as the congressmen and senators see their political lives standing in the balance, the republicans in congress will be demanding we get by the december.

It might, but I'm thinking that it depends on who the democratic representative will be. Many people are blinded by the fact that it has to be an all American white male in the white house. If the democrats don't put someone like that up, then it may not matter. I personaly just want soemone who can make sound decisions and help the people afford to live on what they make. Parties don't really matter to me.
