I,ve put my Wranglers on and my mate Paul shows up in his Mustang that he's made into a convertable himself. Because its not supposed to be a soft top, he legalised it by wielding the doors to the body and making the only way in over the top.
He had it in a friends garage from January untill this morning, perfecting what they called the perfect pearlescence paint job, ~ and it did look ζħäŧ good before I Starskyed over to my side.
It's down to the metal as they say in crome mags.

Just drop about 5 grand in his hand and say, "Sorry."

I know you feel totally bummed out by this, and you should be, but accidents happen. Other than totally painting the hood, or bonnet as some call it, it may be time for a wicked set of flames on the hood. That way you wouldn't have to worry about matching the paint perfectly. The new look would make the car stand out, and it would be one of a kind.

Good luck.

Everybody knows badboy mustangs should have a satin black bonnet!

Lets face it, you've only scratched the car, he cut the roof off! And to stop it falling apart he had to weld the doors up!
Just appologise, take him to halfords to get a spray can of satin black then buy the beers on the way home! Your be laughing about this in no time! (hopefully! good luck!)

You should go look for a bridge to jump off or maybe just get some rope and hang yourself before he sees it.

Hope that helps

Own up to it and take responsibility. A true friend will not necessarily forgive you but they will accept your apologies and your offer to put it right.
