I cant believe how many people said yes. No, its never ok to force yourself on someone.
Apply this thinking in other situations.. If someone has a nice car does that make it ok to drive it without permission. No thats stealing, just like the other is rape. Use some common sense here.
Only a warped person would think that's alright.

HELL NO!
A girl can dress however she feels and even though dressing slutty isn't advised, being raped is never the victim's fault. They got RAPED, that means it was against their will and that they said "no" or that it wasn't voluntary intercourse. So just because a girl has her titss out and you can practically see everything under her skirt, it doesn't mean that its her fault if she were to get raped, it just means that she had no control.

It's never the woman's fault. Rapist will use any excuse to shift the blame from their hatred of women to their victim. If you believe the woman is at fault for the way she dresses, then you are no better than the rapist

The rapist is just as turned on by a woman in a space suit as by a woman in scanty clothing. It's not about what she is wearing... it's about a need to dominate thru sex.
Some of the answers here show what total idiots occupy this message board, and your question doesn't show any class either.

Thats an extremely hard one, because on one hand the girl is sending out all the wrong signals, but at the same time, blokes should definitely restrain themselves.
But I would say that it is not her fault, she does not deserve raping, nobody does.

NO, she could be naked and it still would not give anyone the right to rape her. No one has that right. No means no and anyone who would force someone against there will is sick.
Rape is very seldom really about sex it's usually about control, anger towards women, etc.
This question is like saying if someone is holding a gun does that mean they are asking to be murdered...
