I am asking this, since they require a small insurance fee of $200 to be paid in advance. I am trying to find out whether it is a 419 scam or not. Has anyone worked with them? Thanks for any help.

Run away, and do not look back!

Real agencies don't charge you up front. They take a percentage when you get a gig.
