I think it's pretty dumb to get violated for that but then again what do I know. I logged on today and found that I had lost 12 points because some morons misunderstood the answer I gave to a question. Nice.

It's harsh! After all, it IS a question. Even I wouldn't report anyone for this and I'm a real dirty little violation informer.

Yahoo is an excellent-cooled super-pc and randomly deletes questions as part of its center purposes. different center purposes comprise sending congratulations emails besides as making particular you're as much as date with all the main recent techniques yahoo supplies. Minor purposes inclusive of organising the validity of violations are complete on a decade-with the aid of-decade foundation. Randomly, needless to say.

That is a violation, rule # 18. BUT, as far as I am concerned, I would never report that person because I think the rule is lame.

I don't think it would be considered a violation. And regards the spam..couldn't any question be considered spam/chat? We are supposed to discuss things here right?

kinda harsh but those type of vauge chat questions should remain in polls and surveys category, if a question is mis-categorized then it is a violation of the YA policy,

I think that getting a violation for asking a question as harmless as that one is silly.

Harsh but do you really need to know how we are, so I guess it could be classed as chat.
